Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently offer shipping for both domestic and international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are to arrive between 2-3 weeks. However due to COVID-19, some orders might be delayed.  Refer to Shipping & Handling page for detail information.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged!  Please send us an email at info@shopspacely.com with your order number, full name and images of the damaged item within 14 days.  We'll be more than happy to help you with the refund process!

I ordered multiple items, will they be arriving in multiple packages?

Your items might be shipped in multiple packages due to items sent from different warehouses.  Please track your items with the tracking number provided to your email confirmation.
